BigTaka Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bigtaka in any way — whether by browsing the website, downloading the bigtaka app, creating an account, or placing a bet — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of bigtaka, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside the bigtaka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bigtaka. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

bigtaka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of bigtaka after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use bigtaka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bigtaka employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bigtaka for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bigtaka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, bigtaka may suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bigtaka services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bigtaka account credentials, including your username and password. bigtaka will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bigtaka support immediately.

bigtaka may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• Account sharing is not allowed — your account is for your personal use only.
• You must notify bigtaka immediately if your contact details change.
• bigtaka reserves the right to close inactive accounts after 12 months of no activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bigtaka processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit on bigtaka is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bigtaka wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bigtaka does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal on bigtaka is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. bigtaka does not charge withdrawal fees for standard BDT payouts.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• bigtaka reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to a bKash account registered in your name.
• bigtaka does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment method owned by the account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your bigtaka wallet.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bigtaka are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question. These rules are available within the bigtaka platform for each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

The minimum bet on bigtaka is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. bigtaka reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on any market at any time without prior notice.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless bigtaka's cash-out feature is available for that market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, bigtaka reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• bigtaka reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. bigtaka is not responsible for delays in live data feeds.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules published on the platform.
• bigtaka may restrict or close the account of any player suspected of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

bigtaka uses real-time odds compiled by our trading team. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

6 Casino Games

bigtaka offers a range of casino games including Fortune Tiger, Fortune Horse, Go Goal Bingo, Blackjack MH, and European Roulette. All casino games on bigtaka use independently certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information section on bigtaka. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or bet.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and cannot be influenced by bigtaka or any player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the affected round will be voided and the stake refunded.
• bigtaka is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.
• Some casino games may not be available in all regions or during scheduled maintenance windows.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bigtaka offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bigtaka bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each bonus are clearly stated in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your bigtaka account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• bigtaka reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• bigtaka reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other form of systematic exploitation.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings from free bets are credited to your withdrawable balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

bigtaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings section of bigtaka.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, bigtaka strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature, which allows you to block access to your bigtaka account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and take effect immediately when reduced.

• Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bigtaka and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bigtaka.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using bigtaka for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with bigtaka.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity related to events offered on bigtaka.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions on bigtaka.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

bigtaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Behaviour that bigtaka reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or staff.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bigtaka will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, bigtaka may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance in accordance with these Terms.

Players may close their own bigtaka account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

bigtaka provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, bigtaka does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigtaka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bigtaka is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• bigtaka is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules or betting guidelines.
• bigtaka is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

12 Privacy and Data

bigtaka collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on bigtaka, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bigtaka will never sell your personal data to third parties.

bigtaka may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

13 Changes to These Terms

bigtaka reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bigtaka will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of bigtaka after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using bigtaka and may close your account by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
